Terms & Conditions for CSM SYNERGY

1. Introduction

Welcome to CSM Synergy. By accessing our website and engaging in our coaching and consulting services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and services provided by Carolyn Miller, Business & Sales Consultant.

CSM SYNERGY is an education and training company specializing in sales and marketing strategies. We do not sell a business opportunity, “get rich quick” program, or money-making system. Our mission is to provide education that helps individuals and businesses make informed marketing and business decisions. However, we do not guarantee success, financial earnings, or specific outcomes as a result of our services.

2. Scope of Services

CSM Synergy provides Software Solutions, Trainings, Coaching and Consulting Services, which may include:

Scheduled meetings via Zoom, phone, or in-person. Training under our training Programs. Email and phone support between sessions (limited to 10-20 minutes). Suggested reading, training materials, and exercises to foster growth.

Coaching is distinct from counseling, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Additional services beyond the agreed scope will require additional fees.


3. Payment & Refund Policy

All fees for coaching and consulting services must be paid in full before services commence. Fees may be tax-deductible (please consult your tax advisor). No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If payment is not received, services will be suspended until payment is made.


4. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling: A minimum of 36-hour notice is required to reschedule a session. If proper notice is provided, we will attempt to reschedule within the same week or the next available time. Cancellations: A minimum 36-hour notice is required to cancel a session. Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited without refund. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the remaining time will be used for the session. If you do not contact us within 30 minutes, the session will be forfeited.


5. In-Between Session Support

Clients may text, email, or call for brief support between sessions (limited to 10-15 minutes). Weekend inquiries will be addressed on the next business day.


6. Guarantees & Disclaimers

Any type of investment carries inherent risks, and there is the potential to lose some or all of your investment. The training we provide is general in nature, and not all strategies will be suitable for every individual or business. The strategies and insights provided are based on previous experiences but depend on the client's actions, decisions, and external factors. We make no guarantees regarding results, financial earnings, performance or business growth. Business success depends on various factors, including personal effort, skills, experience, and market conditions—many of which are outside our control.

Testimonials, success stories, and client experiences shared on our platform reflect the opinions and outcomes of those individuals. However, results will vary and are not guaranteed. While many clients who actively participate in CSM SYNERGY programs report positive growth, this is not a guarantee of financial success. Some individuals may not implement or apply the strategies effectively, and as a result, outcomes will differ.


Clients agree to take 100% responsibility for their results and implementation of strategies.


7. Confidentiality

All client communications and session details remain confidential. Disclosure is only permitted when required by law, such as suspected abuse, threats to self or others, or if subpoenaed by a court. If consulting with another professional is necessary, confidentiality will still be maintained.

8. Limitation of Liability

Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. CSM Synergy’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services under this agreement.


9. Third-Party Content & Affiliations

Our website and training materials may reference or link to third-party content, services, or companies. CSM SYNERGY does not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party content, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of external resources. In some cases, we may refer you to businesses with which we have shared interests or affiliations. However, any engagement with third-party services is at your own discretion.

By using our services, you acknowledge that CSM SYNERGY provides educational resources only and that success is ultimately dependent on individual effort and external factors beyond our control. For any inquiries regarding our policies, please contact us directly.


10. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All materials, strategies, and training provided by CSM Synergy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and cannot be reproduced or distributed without written consent. Clients are welcome to share their successes from the program but may not resell or repurpose the materials. Any duplication, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation in good faith for up to 30 days after notice is given. If not resolved within 30 days, the matter may proceed to legal action.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and engaging in our training/coaching/consulting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
